I don’t have anything to blog about today, so I thought I’d post a cute cat pic instead. Who doesn’t like cute cat pics? You’d have to be dead inside to not appreciate a cute cat pic. Just sayin’.

This is Kobe. He’s almost two, and he never sleeps curled in a ball like my other cats do. He’s excellent at sleeping. He’s also extremely good at eating, sitting on my lap, chasing his little sister, and hiding my hair elastics.
Do you have pets who are people? Tell me about them!
Awww! I LOVE cat pics. Here's a cute cat video you might like.

My cats are definitely people. Max loves to play ball – which sometimes means watching me throw it and then watching me go get it. Kira likes to sit on the stool and remind my husband (by patting him on the leg over and over) that she needs some of his ice cream. They're both quirky and a little crazy. Heh, they fit right in. =o)
That is the cutest kitteh!! I have one cat and two dogs. I think it's prerequesit to be a writer you have to own at least one pet. 😉
Cute kitties are always an awesome backup post idea. 😀
I've got a 15lb. Boston Terrier. She's the baby of the family who thinks she must be in constant physical contact with me at all times. I've always got her chin on my leg or foot or arm.
I've got too many pets (who all think they are people) – 3 dogs & 3 cats (and I noticed another stray cat in our yard over the weekend – I wonder if this will mean another addition soon)
I had a cat once, a tabby, who lived to be 19. But after he passed the pain of it was too much for me to get another. I'll always remember Tiger — he was a good little buddy.
Thanks for the pic of Kobe, Jen. Too funny, that position he's in. It did make me feel all warm and snuggly inside . . . and not dead! LOL! 🙂
I have a boxer dog, Scarlett. The smallest boxer dog in the world. She's just a little bigger than a beagle. She trounces leather bones in a week, pulls on the leash like a tractor, drives me insane and then sleeps a lot. I love her!
I have a cat too, called Bonnie. She actually SPEAKS, too, how cool is that? Okay, so she doesn't actually speak the way we all do, but she definitely has her own language. She almost always either sleeps in a ball, or with her neck stretched out on the floor.
If I say 'Bonnie, it's time to go out for the night,' she gives a loud whine – that's her talking right there.
Oh my gosh, he's soooo cute!! My little Wednesday loves my hair bands too. When I have to buy more, I buy two packages – one for me and one for her. She will dig in my purse to get them out if I don't have a few out for her at all times. She also likes to leave them in the water dish. I'll have to post the picture I took of her yesterday on Facebook. She curled up in a box with bottled water. She can sleep anywhere! But mostly she prefers to sleep on her dad.
Very cute and yes our dog Perry thinks he is human. My son refers to him as his brother Perry and they are absolute best friends.
I love cat pics! Kobe's a doll, this picture is adorable. I think my cat sees himself as superior to people LOL.
That is adorable. You know, I have to follow this post so I can find out who’s dead inside. LOL
Aw, what a beauty! Love the way he sleeps. It speaks of complete trust in his hooman companions. 🙂
I have always loved cats but like David when my last cat dies years ago I was too broken to get another. My wife loves dogs so I agreed to a pug dog, Norman is his name. Right before Christmas we found a wonderful calico cat that needed a home at the humane society, so she came with us. Her name is Jessie but she only answers to "kat" so we go with it. Took some getting used to each other but now the kids play nice on the pug's security blanket (from my blog):

I don't have any pets right now. When I move (later this year, I hope!) I plan on getting a kitten and a puppy pretty close to the same time so that they grow up liking each other.
Why is it that kitties and small children are so good at hiding hair elastics? It must be some universal law.
Aww he's precious!! It's funny when animals sleep like that. My dog Daphne does that a lot. She'll start out curled up, then uncurl and roll on her back, paw in the air. She's a spoiled little miss too, always expecting something, likes to steal things (like socks, napkins, potholders…). Then she looks at you with big brown eyes gleaming with innocence.
What a cutie!! I don't have any furbabies yet but I really want to adopt a puppy some day. 🙂
I'm allergic to cats, but I had a kitten when I was a kid. His name was George, and my 2-year-old sister nearly strangled him whilst showing some love.
He is gorgeous! My cats are total people and they definitely rule our house 🙂
I'm sorry. I'm a dog person…a big dog person. Like mastiffs. I don't have mastiffs but I like them.
I have English Springers, with long floppy ears who our vet says are the biggest dogs she has ever seen in that breed. Everything is bigger in Texas.
They are like circus dogs. They can walk the tiny railing of my patio to reach our plants and then run around with the pots on their heads. They can also steer a toy big wheel across the yard as they run alongside.
My goddaughter is a cat named Eira – yes, you read right!
My daughter's godmother has no children of her own so when she adopted her 'little girl' I was her choice for godmother – I was totally honoured.
Happy Thoughts,
Jenny
I love cats too, but w/hubby's allergies we can't have one 🙁
I have hens, though!
Awww. Adorable kitty! 🙂 (This is late and not cute cat related – I'm abroad at the moment, but I wanted to swing by and wish you a happy Easter 😀 )
I have two cats, Lynx – the siamese, and Ellie -the calico. They have quite the personalities!!! Lynx talks in the evenings, chases tennis balls and loves to snuggle. Ellie is a climbing genius and hiding master. We love them both!
